Ana gets tied spread eagle to the bed. A plastic bag gets placed over her head and sealed tight around her neck. I then pump the bag full of laughing gas (nitrous) for a little added enjoyment. With the gas taking effect she goes into a semiconscious state right as she begins to run out of oxygen
